A True Story of Chaos & Finding Zen
“You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” ― Steve Jobs
Surviving the Vietnam War
Once upon a time, in a land deeply scarred by conflict, my parents embarked on a remarkable journey to survive the ravages of the Vietnam War. Chaos surrounded them, and they made a daring escape, setting sail on boats bound for the city of Hong Kong—a place where dreams and legends converged. In this vibrant land, I was born and named Long Nguyen, pronounced "Long (龙 Dragon) Win" symbolizing strength and prosperity.
Solace in a New Land
My parents decided to start a new life by moving to London, United Kingdom. In this multicultural country, I grew up, learned English, and made friends with people from diverse races and cultures.
Working at Technology Giant - Samsung
After graduating at Brunel University in BSc Multimedia Technology & Design, I landed an amazing job at Samsung working at big events. During my time at Samsung, I became a Smart Academy Trainer, event organizer, and tech troubleshooter, navigating the world of multimedia technology. From promoting the Samsung Galaxy flagships to resolving complex tech challenges, my journey at Samsung was a catalyst for my passion and commitment to innovating technologies. This experience with technology and love for design were catalysts later on.
Personal Development Journey
I was fortunate to meet billionaire Errol Abramson, who introduced me to the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It was thanks to Errol and his recommendation that I began learning about business, spirituality and personal development, eventually building brands and businesses with Multimedia Technology and Design.
The Art of Becoming
I became an international speaker after qualifying as a personal trainer, life coach, and earning certifications in communication. I began speaking about Zen, design, and personal development, alongside sharing my experience working at a start-up health supplement company that generated $1.9 million in 12 months.
Meeting zen master Kiwon
During a job interview for a nutrition company, I had a life-changing encounter with Tim Han, also known as Kiwon. Tim recognized my entrepreneurial spirit and potential, setting the stage for a successful partnership that later achieved millions in revenue and global social media views. Thanks to Tim's guidance, wisdom, and zen philosophy, the path of success was born from within.
Creating brands Zenfinity.co, ZenflueX.com and Zentrepreneur.co...
In my spare time, I decided to create, design, and develop the brands Zenfinity, ZenflueX, and Zentrepreneur, focusing on my passions (Ikigai): a healthy lifestyle, creative design, and business publishing—all rooted in the core philosophy of Zen. If you have made it to the end of this story, I hope it has inspired something in you. From chaos to creating Zen, I would like to close with Viktor Frankl’s quote: "The meaning of life is to give life meaning." Thank you for reading this brand story and for designing your zenith in branding.
Let's Work Together.
